On April 18, 2026, we opened a Japanese-style café, "AYANOMA (文乃間)," along Rustaveli Street. The building, a historic cultural landmark, is divided into two distinct spaces.
The first is a gallery-style space accessible from the entrance facing the main boulevard, where guests can enjoy hand-drip coffee prepared with Japanese equipment, handle and admire Japanese crafts, and immerse themselves in Japanese culture.
The second is a tranquil space that recreates the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese jun-kissa — a place where guests can sit back and savor their coffee in peace.
AYANOMA is more than just a café. Its purpose is to foster cultural exchange between Japan and Georgia, and to share new possibilities with the world. Looking ahead, we plan to host coffee workshops, events offering hands-on experiences with traditional Japanese culture, and art exhibitions featuring artists from both Japan and Georgia.
